Port Forward Issue

I have opened a port for gaming purposes then removed the port because I didn't choose the correct range. Once I tried to reopen the port with the correct ranges I am getting this error "This port is already in use for X using the IP address X. If you'd like to re-assign to a different device, you'll need to delete this port forward first." On the front-end I do not see any ports, I have deleted all. Maybe it takes time to remove on the back-end, or it's cached? Not too sure.
