pop to imap - missing email in trash

I stored my trash in a sub folder when I was enable/disable pop to imap. When I finally was done with pop I loaded the subfolder trash into my trash folder in imap, the trash was all loaded and then the next day they disappeared .

Why does cox do this there were definitely email to be deleted but about 500 email were very important.

Also now I am noticing that some of my trash disappear

    I understand how important your emails are to you. Please go to https://myemail.cox.net/ , put in your Cox username and password, and check the trash folder in your webmail.

    why are you mixing pop/imap?? are using 2 separate accounts??
