@Anotherrandomuser, I recommend having a device run a pingplotter to the server in question and respond back here with the results. This will give us an idea on where the route is failing. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

If I run the ping plotter to the cox server it self, it says 100% packet loss. Instead, I ran pingplotter with the game server where you can see the route it is taking and the increase in ping when it reaches the cox server.
I have attached the first diagnostic that was done about 6 months ago and the other attachment is pingplotter test.
