password reset emails do not come through COX email

I am trying to reset my Republic Waste Service password, the verification email to reset  won't come through to my Cox email.  This has happened on multiple websites. Another example is DisneyPlus. I had to create a new email on GMAIL to  receive their email password reset.

    Cox contracts our email service to a third party.  You'll need to call Cox to open a ticket so they can contact the contractor.

    I don't know what would be within an account-reset email to flag as spam...if this is the case...but it's odd it occurs from multiple websites.

    Disney plus emails go to my cox email just.  check your email address you used maybe you mistyped them
