Packet latency and jitter San Diego
Since March 1 my latency has been unacceptable. Impossible to game online and work from home. Is there anything that cox will do about this?https://ibb.co/CMvwm4D

It really is the jitter that is insane. Download speeds are overall ok. But cant game at all with that 22-350 jitter.
Oh and tomorrow a moderator will post an absurd troubleshoot link and lock the thread. Welcome aboard!
Scheduled an appointment over the phone for a tech to come out but had to cancel because something came up. Tried to schedule another one via the live chat and they said it was mandatory I subscribe to the cox complete care thing before they could send a tech out... Don't know what's going on at Cox but something doesn't seem right to me.
I’ve seen it recommended to file an FCC complaint on here a couple times, can anyone agree it’s helped their internet/customer service?
