Scheduled an appointment over the phone for a tech to come out but had to cancel because something came up. Tried to schedule another one via the live chat and they said it was mandatory I subscribe to the cox complete care thing before they could send a tech out... Don't know what's going on at Cox but something doesn't seem right to me.

I’ve seen it recommended to file an FCC complaint on here a couple times, can anyone agree it’s helped their internet/customer service?
