Outages

  • So, I just dropped my internet speed down from the 1gig rate that I've been paying for and have never received and my speed went up from 30.Mbps to 119.9Mbps. Although still not the speed I'm paying for hopefully it will be more reliable. I have had major issues for the last several months with loss of internet, my internet tv services and the loss of my security devices that rely on the internet. It has just been recent that your site recognizes a problem. but it has existed for some time now. That is why I lowered the internet service because I have not been getting what I've been paying for. And yes I am an unhappy customer.
