Outages

Outages r a nearly every day occurrence now in the 85051 area. Usually only for a few minutes, but it is almost every day now that I am getting the alert on my cox app about an outage in my area.

What is Cox doing to remedy these outages? I work from home and rely on my internet working as intended.

      Hi CuriousJ, when your neighborhood is impacted by a Cox outage, an alert with an option to sign up for text message notifications is displayed when you log in to the Cox App or log into www.cox.com. Selecting this option provides an outage-specific text message with the estimated repair time, as well as updates when the on-site tech changes the repair time or clears the outage.
