Outage

Why we keep getting internet outage every few days ? We still paying high price for these service ? Cox should do better job.

    Glad it’s not just me. Just about every other night. 

    • I know they *** are you gonna call them and tell them and then they will give you credit but still

    Outage again for us as well.  This is twice in the past couple of weeks.  It always says on our account that the outage will be resolved by 6am.

    We pay alot for this service.  What is going on?...

  • This becoming a habit with them and yet they expect us to be reliable in paying them 100 % of  these rip off prices!
