Outage since yesterday

Internet has been down since 5:30pm yesterday. I had been getting updates with new times for resolution but that stopped this morning at 5:30am. The last update had no resolution time. Tried to call but not able to talk to a human representative. I work from home and would like to know what to tell my employer.

    File an FCC complaint. They even shut down my local tech support number they have so many calls locally. You have to use the national line where they lie and won't tell you the real outage reason. You are a product not a customer. They have a monopoly and know you have no real alternative. Thy only care about regulation and FCC fines hurting their profits. File a complaint if you ever use their support and do not get reasonable assistance.
