not connected to Cox Net?
i used the speed test on the cox website (https://www.cox.com/internet/speedcheck.cox) while logged in to my account and why does my result say i'm not connected to Cox Net -- https://i.imgur.com/lVK...

The most accurate speed test results would be those that are hardwired to the modem. Changing from a wireless to wired connection wouldn't affect the result of the Cox Net status to show Yes or No. Is the speed loss intermittent, or always slow?
