No internet or cable

I've been without Internet for almost 24 hours, I did not lose power during a storm but I lost my Internet and cable the last update said it would be on at 8:55 PM last night and they kept changing the time of the update. it is now 9:35 a.m. in Omaha Nebraska and the update said 9:25 am well now it's past 9:25, the last time this happened I had to go to a local store and talk to a manager and found out a tech was never in my area. Can someone please let me know what is going on, my area is always forgotten about because we are a little corner that sits under the I 80 corridor, I pay way too much money to not have my services and to not get them restored and the update times have changed so many times

    My Internet just went out again here in Omaha after only being back up for only 8 hours. They need to let their customers know what is really going on. The weather shouldn't be an issue being it's warmer out now.

        Hello Raquel,

        I am in the same situation. 37 hours with no internet and the cox store wasn’t open today for me to inquire. Customer service just points me in the direction of what is said on the app. I think it beneficial to communicate with customers updates on what is occurring.
