No e-mail since Saturday. Three times with tech support - no resolution.

Did all the settings changes - no results.

    Hi Pearl Onion,

    Do you access your Cox email on Cox.com or do you have it set up on a third party email client?

      I log with cox email but getting same message

      "Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes."

      any other site works perfectly,,,COX side again not the internet

      what are you doing COX,,,

      @Jolhan, How are you attempting to access your emails? Are you using outlook or another third party email client or are you trying to access your emails on cox.com? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

      did you change setting on every device that access email? if not the server thinks you're being attacked!
