No e-mail since Saturday. Three times with tech support - no resolution.
Did all the settings changes - no results.

no email again keep getting this message " Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes."

@Jolhan, How are you attempting to access your emails? Are you using outlook or another third party email client or are you trying to access your emails on cox.com? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
