I checked my account and have Internet Premier 200 as my current plan.
When I originally subscribed, I signed up for Perferred-100.
A couple years ago, Cox replaced Perferred-100 with Perferred-150.
Recently...and unbeknownst...Cox replaced Perferred-150 with Internet Premier 200.
If Cox were to grandfather anything, I'd still have 100 Mbps.

Wh can check your account and verify what plan you have. Simply send an email with your full name and address to cox.help@cox.com. Also, include a link to this thread.

I already verified my data plan after logging into my account.
Why would you offer to verify my plan? Is there not supposed to be an Internet Premiere-200 plan? Does Perferred-150 still exist?
