New ISP option, and yet another "unplanned outage"

Finally after years of praying they have finally been answered. Just found out there will be another ISP option in the western Arkansas(alma area). So if you have been wishing and hoping for another option just hold on a bit longer cause Rightfiber will be here soon. Atm I'm paying $90 for 500mbs with Cox, Rightfiber will be charging me $80 for a gig. Hopefully Cox will get this outage fixed soon. Was told fixed by 12:30pm, now 4:45pm.
