New EMail - It's Slow
Why does it take so long to access the new email system? It takes a minute or more just to see the sign-on screen then another minute or so to see the messages. After that it seems to work okay.

We are aware of customers experiencing a delay when accessing Cox Webmail. If you have Cox Webmail bookmarked we recommend deleting the old bookmark, and clear cache and browsing history. You can then set up the new bookmark for Cox Webmail.
