New cable outlet cost?

I'm wondering what the cost is for Cox to come and run a fresh outlet from my register box to my office? The existing house lines don't reliably connect to DOCSIS 3.1 for full gigablast speed. In OKC...

    Sorry for taking so long allan, I am getting proper down speed of 940mbps. Its my upload that is the problem. I should be getting 40mbps but I'm only getting about 10mbps.

      If you're getting 940 Mbps, your coax is fine.

      @Acohrs, I recommend bypassing your router and plugging a device directly up to your modem. Please let us know what results you get with that configuration. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

        Hello there, Allan. I have run the tests both with and without the router and the results are the same. I also see that on my gateway (Arris SB8200) that the downstream light is not blue, it is not locked in DOCSIS 3.1 mode. I'm assuming this is the reason my speeds are lower and unstable.
