Motorola MG8702 ---Warning (5) Dynamic Range Window violation

I keep getting these constant warnings. Ive done a few searches but havent really found a definite answer as to what is causing them but Cox is blaming my Motorola but from what I have seen it seems like an issue on their end or with the wiring. Also I also upgraded my service at the same time I got the router to the 500 plan and only manage 200-280Mbps max when my old 150 plan was doin 150-180Mbps. Any help would be appreciated.  ****EDITED in a more orderly fashion...

      Email sent. Ive reset the modem a few times and still get the violations and also noticed I get a high number of uncorrectables in that 800mhz range which from what I've seen is not acceptable.
