Motorola MG8702 ---Warning (5) Dynamic Range Window violation

I keep getting these constant warnings. Ive done a few searches but havent really found a definite answer as to what is causing them but Cox is blaming my Motorola but from what I have seen it seems ...

    Email sent. Ive reset the modem a few times and still get the violations and also noticed I get a high number of uncorrectables in that 800mhz range which from what I've seen is not acceptable.
