Losing signal in one part of house

We currently use the ARRIS TG 1682 G from cox. Havent have any issues with it till recently. We have it set up in living room. However in one bedroom, I always lose signal a few times a night. Do I have the latest router? is there a better one? do I need anything else to help to not lose connection?
