Live chat in my opinion is not as helpful as calling. I just told live chat agent that I want them to check the tightness of the connections of the tap. They don't have to talk to me or come in my home. They agent told me that there was a potential charge of 75 dollars. I don't agree with that. They don't have to come in inside and give me a charge for home wiring. I only want them to check my tap (plant issue) and make sure all the connections are tight. If it is my home wiring, I can take care of that myself. I don't like the generic responses live chat gives me. I've have always had a pleasant experience calling Cox. Live chat gets on my nerves.
