Issues with viewing PDF billing statements

Hello,

I'm trying to download some of my monthly statements for expense reports.

It seems as though every other statement isn't working.

The ones that work have an "id" populated in the URL.  I can click on the View bill (PDF) link and open them.

The ones that don't work don't have anything in the query string for the id.  When I click on the link I get the following error:  "We're unable to display your PDF statement at this time. Please try again or chat with us for quick support."

Is there a way the dev team can fix this?
