We have been having problems with our internet. It keeps going out and usually in the middle of a very good program. I keep resetting the modem, and cable boxes but the problem persists. I feel as though coming back to cox was a mistake and should leave to another company. This is frustrating. I pay my bill on time but am not receiving guaranteed service I was promised. This is very frustrating!
