Internet signal lost

  1. Losing internet around 9 PM every night. Need this fixed ASAP or a pro rated bill for the lost hours of internet.
  2. Registering complaints with Cox is very inconvenient. Almost like they don't want to fix problems with their service unless you pay a monthly subscription fee to get their problems fixed. I'm in the wrong business...
