I am paying a lot of money to Cox for very poor service. I have the highest speeds, latest router but constantly “disconnected". Cox has been to my home about 10 times this year alone, attempting to resolve my issue. My lose service almost every morning and every couple of days in the evening. I may have 4-5 devices utilizing the service (sometimes less), so it is not over utilization. If I had another option in my area, I would definitely use it.
