It may be an attempt to oversell you. You could call Cox to upgrade your data plan.

People can oversell too, but I think you know this.
:) I do. Still wanted to leave a record of it. I already want to pay them more and I don't appreciate still having to put extra effort into it. I think at this point we all have enough complexity in our lives to deal with aside from having to spend time on customer service calls unnecessarily.
