Internet outage

Going on a more than a week with no internet in the 73114. No time frame when it will be back on.  I had it the entire time the storm came and left. Interfering with work and school.  When will this be resolved? I haven't seen 1 cox truck in the area. Not a good look when you've been a customer for 18 years and AT&T has their customers up and going.

    We understand how frustrating this has been and apologize that you are without service. Although you have power in your home, the Cox engineering equipment in your area may still be without commercial power. For safety reasons, once power has been restored, Cox must receive clearance from the power company before we can bring our equipment back online. Please know we are doing everything we can to speed up this process and restore services for all our customers.
