Internet out since thursday 23669 4 days!
My Cox internet has been out since Thursday and it is now Sunday. In this forum I was told to message on facebook, even though I have now contacted 3 times through the Cox live chat, twice via phone, this forum, and now facebook messenger. I'm still being told that no agents have information, that it is an area outage but they don't know the area. I've asked for someone to be sent out to my house, and was told because it is listed as an area outage, they have people working on it, but have no update report about it since it began.
All responses say they have no information and don't know when it will be restored. What is being done to fix this? Nextdoor neighborhood app shows many people upset and switching to Fios.
