Internet Issues

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me interpret my modem log.  I am having intermittent issues with my Internet service.  I have tried a new modem but went back to my Netgear CM500-100NAS as it seemed to have fewer issues than with the newer model (Arris).  

My service works most of the day but sometimes it just goes down for 5-10 minutes at a time.  And either it fixes itself or I have to reset the modem to get it going again.   At one point it seemed to happen every morning at the same time, but even that isnt super reliable anymore.

When the service is working it is blazing fast 200MB download, upload is around 10MB.  I thought maybe it was the heat here in Vegas, but this problem has been going on for months now  before it was super hot and I dont know what to do anymore....

Anyone have any ideas?

    I completely understand the frustration of having an inconsistent internet signal. I do see a lot of timeouts on your modem. Are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you please bypass any splitters/amplifiers and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?
