"Internet impacting event" since 7/18/24 in middle Georgia. What is it?

No more vague answers. How many people are effected? What will be the prorated amount. Surely you don't expect us to pay the full bill. I have maxed out hot spot data on my mobile plan and had to buy more. I am about over Cox and I have been with cox for over 25 years.
