Internet down again.

This is the 4th evening in a row that there has been an “outage in the area” and this time it’s going to take until 3 am to fix. This is getting ridiculous. At what point do you start crediting my bill?!

    Probably after you contact tech support and request a credit. Kvetching here in forums, where users assist other users with technical issues won't get you a credit.
