Could be a software glitch in your Samsung. I remember reading about dropped WiFi connections on another forum last year. Perhaps you could check for available updates.

TURN OFF THE TV BY UNLPUG THE POWER CORD NEXT GO TO THE MODEM/ROUTER AND UNPLUG IT AS WELL THEN BACK ALLOW THE MODEM/ROUTER TO FULLY COME ON WHERE YOUR IPAD HAS WIFI ONCE THAT DOES PLUG TV BACK IN POWER AND IT WILL WORK FOR YOU
