I am sorry to hear you are having random connection issues. Have you had an opportunity to bypass the router and connect a pc/laptop directly to the modem? That's ok, it will keep you from going over the data cap and incurring more charges.
Just look on the bright side. No internet connection means less data used and no data cap overage charges.
That's a win / win, right?
