Installation tech did not show up. No phone call, no explanation, I am extremely disappointed. Not the best first impression.

As the title says I was supposed to have a tech come out between 3-5 and he did not show up. Called at 6 and was told he would still come by and I should expect a call from him within 30 mins. Again, no call.

Except for one call where my phone only rang for a one second so I had no time to answer. I hope it wasn’t the techs way of showing he tried to call.

Called again at 7:00 and now I am told I have to reschedule out past the weekend. Not sure if it is even worth the hassle of switching anymore.

    I feel your pain i was supposed to have someone come out to fix the horrible connection no call no show.
