Infinite sign in loop on Panoramic WiFi App

I have a panoramic router plugged into a Nokia ONT - all services are functional, however, I cannot login to the app. I can log into the gateway, but all messaging directs me to the app. Every time I try and login, I sign in on the web and then it just asks me to sign in again. I’m logging into the primary account (I’ve tried all accounts at this point), app and OS are both fully up to date.
