I have submitted the email. I seem to get better results calling or going into live support. I never had any luck getting an email response. My account says there is an outage, but I don't know how specific that is to my situation.

Cell phone towers are damaged by the hurricane. I can't complete a call. Have to drive down the street to get a decent connection.
