- LatitiaSModeratorHi Socal Transplant,
I am sorry to hear of your troubles trying to access an ABC show. What type of device are you using and what is the name of the program? Please list the error code/message if any, what app version are you using and has it worked previously? Lastly, ensure you are using the primary user ID for access. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

last night i was on my ipad mini. today i tried on my windows7 desktop using chrome and ie! depending on the browser (and this wouldn't be the first time i've found incompatibility with cox & chrome) , the messages vary after i click the cox icon. the show is general hospital. i've had a busy week & am trying to catch up. of course i'm using the primary id and yes, i do this all the time. this is not, however, the first time cox has failed to authenticate, or not worked as it should.
on the ipad...using the abc app, (which says "verification of your tv provider account is handled by your tv provider" btw) it was saying the site cannot be reached. HOWEVER i tried again just now & it works.
using abc.go...on win7 chrome, it says "this site can't be reached. the connection was reset." on win7 i.e. it actually takes me to the cox login page, but after i log in it says "this page cannot be displayed."
i had this same problem during the olympics, which i think was nbc?
anyway, i just hope i can get the ipad to work again tonight when i get the time to watch!
and i guess i should have posted in the tv forum. having so *** much trouble with spam & my email i've been stuck on the internet forums for months.
