I NEED SERIOUS HELP WITH MY COX SERVICE...

I so need help...I've tried so hard for 5 years to get some help but over the last 2 years it has gotten totally worse...I need to speak to someone at Cox Corp Headquaters or someone high up...this is a serious matter and it needs to be brought to their attention...I need their phone number to talk to someone there or their email....I dont want the phone number to Cox they always give out . I get no help what so ever calling that...then when I ask for the email to the Corp headquaters...they give you one thats interelationships ** that not even corp office..the dude that called me back after I emailed was very rude and he laughed at me...Im a handicapped person and disabled. I just need help with my account to solve this serious matter. please help me

    Call again and ask for the Supervisor.  Take names.  If your issue is still not resolved, every state has a Consumer Protection Bureau.

    Representatives laughing at our disabled neighbors would be a serious public-relations blunder.

      Ive also tried that already...Ive had ppl to help me figure this out . I just keep getting the run around all the time. for over 2 years now asking for help each month ... I feel totally mistreated and abused by Cox and since they wont let you talk to someone in corp office and not lie to ya...it would so help matters. its nto right so unfair

    Ask for the Supervisor's supervisor.  What is your state?  I'll get the link for your Consumer Protection Office.

      That was the dude who called me yesterday on the phone and laughed at me. I dont want to call them again. Im tired of being insulted...to be honest .

        it looks like to me . I have no other choice but to get my lawyer in on it...its that serious...It will look bad on them cause i have so much proof and witnesses in this matter. and they wont let me speak to Corp Office Official there . thanks for the Help anyways Bruce. .God Bless Ya

    Employees to fix problems don't work at corporate.  The "fixers" are assigned to workcenters.  Sometimes you'll get an effective rep; sometimes you'll get a dud.  The ridicule, however, is unacceptable.

    I don't know your discrepancy but if you've exhausted all avenues with Cox, perhaps your lawyer could help resolve it...or Consumer Protections.
