I am not receiving emails to my outlook account on my desktop even though the settings appear to be correct.

Testing the account on outlook goes smoothly. Test email sent from my account in outlook back to my account on outlook from my desktop went smoothly, but I see 2 emails in my online webmail page that have not been synced with my Outlook desktop?
