Hulu local
Tuesday morning Cox we had an outage in my area. When the internet come backup, all my local Hulu channel changed to Gainesville instead of Orlando. Did our location data get changed?

Not understanding what you are asking. Are you saying that your INTERNET connection to Hulu says you are in Gainesville, and previously it said you were in Orlando? If so, Hulu is using something called IP GEOLOCATION which is the least accurate method of determining physical location. Look up "ip geolocation accuracy".
