How to setup Guest Network w/Panoramic TG1682 gateway

Each and every query on the subject has begun on https://www.cox.com/internet/mywifi.cox, logged on to my account. 

Have many times been to the Cox page, the *only* Cox page, which even mentions the word "Guest" (https://www.cox.com/residential/support/view-primary-and-guest-networks-with-my-wifi.html). On that page, under "Manage Settings", is listed "Update your wireless network name and password, manage your network security and enable a guest network all in one convenient location" , but I have yet to discover a way to actually take advantage of this setting feature. Am beginning to get the impression that it's a dead end. 

Would greatly appreciate learning of any constructive experiences from forum members.
