I am terribly sorry that the emails continue to be marked as spam even after completing this process. I can understand how frustrating it would be to have emails marked as spam that aren't. Marking an email as "Not Spam" moves the message to your inbox but is not an immediate solution but will let our system know that you do not consider it spam and the spam rules can be altered in the future. It is still important to mark these emails as "not spam" when they do get tagged as spam. There are steps that you can take so that you do not miss any important emails. You can set up settings in webmail such as rules to move the email to a specific folder or inbox. Another option would be to use a mail client that would add additional rules and filters to help manage your emails.
