How do I get you to update the spelling of my name on my account?

I've tried several times via phone to get my name spelled correctly on my account.  I tried using Live Chat only to find out that is bs because it isn't live.

What do I need to do to get you to spell my name correctly?

    You could try sending an email to cox.help@cox.com, but you'll have to include Cox security information, e.g. your Cox PIN.  If you don't want to put that in an email, you might ask them to call you so that you can provide that information over the phone instead.

      The name that appears in emails can be changed in settings, but the name associated with the account can only be changed by Cox.
