How do I get you to update the spelling of my name on my account?

I've tried several times via phone to get my name spelled correctly on my account.  I tried using Live Chat only to find out that is bs because it isn't live. What do I need to do to get you to spe...

The name that appears in emails can be changed in settings, but the name associated with the account can only be changed by Cox.
