High packet loss and unstable internet since around Wednesday

I am in the Oklahoma City area. Is there other service reports from this area? I have been noticing that when I stream it cuts out frequently and while gaming I am experiencing regular packet loss. I ran a WINMTR tonight to amazon and 192.207.0.1, to amazon I was experiencing around 20% packet loss and to 192.207.0.1 around 10% packet loss. I tried to upload the results, but it seems you can only insert web URL's. While gaming I will often see between 10% to 50% and it has been quite frustrating. 

I have a friend with your service about 3 miles from me who is experiencing similar issues.
