High levels of Jitter and Ping

I have reset the signal to the modem and have tried with and without a router attached. Still there is frequent high levels of jitter and ping.
 769 - Ping
1868 - Jitter
77.2 - Download
 3.4 - Upload
Cox  - Orange County

Above are results using the test internet speed on the cox website to cox servers.

What would be the best way to resolve this?

    Hello, we are going to send a signal to the modem. Once the modem has reset and is completely loaded up. If the issue persists feel free to reach out to us at Crystal Cox Support Forum Moderator
