Yes same results with router bypassed. Here is a screenshot. Looks like a faulty or highly congested node.

From what you've posted without the router it doesn't appear this result is actually showing any latency. I understand you may be concerned about hops 4 and 5 however you're reaching the intended destination without latency suggesting that what you're seeing is actually ICMP de-prioritization. Have you tried the online game in question without the router attached?

Chris, I am not sure what part of the most recent results I posted looks different than the original 2. There are definitely lag spikes starting at hop 2 (10.115.0.1) and continuing to the destination. You can see this in both the graph at the bottom and the grey horizontal bars in the top right.
