I have talked to Cox twice this week. Initially about the rate increase and plan options then this mess today. They can't upsell me any further and a tech can't fix it, since it's not an issue with the line or equipment and it'll be well sorted before they are scheduled, let alone arrive.
I expect the issues experienced today will be resolved tomorrow when we're no longer a threat to the network due to our usage. The kids gave up on downloading anymore games today.
I will talk to Cox again Monday, most certainly.
