Gigablast keeps dropping service
I have a Netgear router - everything had been working great - but starting a few days ago, I keep losing connection and have to unplug the main cable modem and then reboot my router to connect again....

Hello. Do your devices see the wireless network when this issue happens? If so, are there any error messages? Also, please bypass the router and plug a device directly up to the modem to see if that helps. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
